Shipping
I process and ship orders within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Standard Shipping: 4-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Returns
I want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
How to Return
- Email me at amy@carryondesigns.com with your order number and reason for return.
- I'll provide return instructions and a return address.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I'll make it right.
